Delivery Information

Zoey Fashion always tries to facilitate its customers. We dispatch your product as soon as your order is confirmed. There are two modes of delivery:

1-  Cash on delivery.

Upon receiving any order, our staff calls back to the customer verifying the order and shipping address information. Once the order is confirmed, Zoey Fashion dispatchs the orders through Leopards Courier Service, one of the prestigious courier company in Pakistan. The customers can receive orders at their door step. COD (Cash On Delivery) service is available for all cities in Pakistan (Wherever Leopards Courier works)

Please note a flat shipping charges of Rs 250/- are applied with every order. However, if there are more than one products in single order then shipping charges are applied only once.

Self Collection is also available, the customers can collect their parcels themselves from the nearby courier office in their areas, if they donot want to receive the parcel at their home/office address.

Please note:

- All orders are delivered within 2-3 days maximum. However, for remote areas/cities it may take 4-5 days.

- Orders are not dispatched on Sunday or any other Gazetted holiday.

- Orders are not delivered on Sunday or any other Gazetted holiday.

2- Daewoo Express Cargo

In case you want to receive the product through Daewoo Express Cargo, you need to pay in advance complete order amount and shipping charges Rs 250/- in our Bank Account, once your payment is verified, we dispatch your order right away.
Normally, orders dispatched through Daewoo service can be received on same day.

Please note: Using Daewoo Express Cargo service, the customer himself collects his parcel from the Daewoo Terminal.

Important Note: To preserve your privacy and complete peace of mind, all items are shipped in a plain envelop/packaging without disclosing to anybody about the package contents.
